House rules

All guests must register upon entering the campsite. During registration, the guest must present identification documents for all persons staying in the camp and the vehicle registration for the car entering the campsite.
Only one car is allowed per mobile home.
Guests may check into the mobile home from 3:00 PM onwards.
Guests staying in mobile homes must check out no later than 10:00 AM. Guests must leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
Children's and sports playgrounds in the camp are used at one's own risk. All campsite equipment is used at your own responsibility.
Quiet hours in the campsite are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, making noise, singing, and similar disturbances are not allowed.
The campsite assumes no responsibility for the loss of valuables. It is not liable for lost or stolen items or for damage to persons or property that is not directly caused by proven negligence of the camp staff, nor for damage caused by bad weather or circumstances beyond our control.
All equipment and facilities in the campsite must be handled with care, used properly, and maintained.
Any malfunction in installations or other service must be reported immediately.
To preserve the ecosystem of our campsite, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
  - Damaging trees or plants;
  - Nailing nails into trees;
  - Installing satellite dishes on trees or plants;
  - Hanging plastic or wire cords on or around trees or plants;
  - Uprooting planted vegetation and similar activities.
Use water, gas, and electricity in an ecological and economical manner.

To protect the environment, dispose of waste in designated trash bins.
The following is not allowed in the campsite:
  - Use of vehicles during quiet hours;
  - Car and boat washing;
  - Disturbing other guests with noise;
  - Walking dogs without a leash;
  - Using uncertified gas or electrical devices and lighting open fires;
  - Bathing dogs, cats, or other animals in sinks or showers;
  - Bringing explosive or flammable materials into camp;
  - Building structures, digging trenches, fencing off areas with wires or flammable materials, cutting or breaking trees, creating your own water, sewage, or electrical installations, or otherwise altering the campsite;
  - Disposing of garbage outside designated bins;
  - Damaging or destroying campsite property.
Guests must use marked and designated paths within the campsite and avoid shortcuts, jumping over low walls, fences, and similar behavior.  
Smoking inside the mobile homes is strictly prohibited.
Visitors are allowed without vehicles during the daytime.
The campsite reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any guest or user who disturbs the peace and order of the camp or interferes in any way with the rights of other guests. Such guests waive any claim regarding disturbance of possession. The guest is not entitled to a refund for the accommodation fee.

A reservation is confirmed upon successful booking and receipt of a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or modifications are not allowed.
In exceptional cases, changes may be considered individually – please contact us by email.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 19:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement and depending on availability.

House Rules
House rules are published on our site and are an integral part of the rental conditions.

Liability & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, equipment, or surrounding area.
The owner is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Children must be supervised by parents or guardians, especially near the grill, playground, and open areas.

Shared Facilities
The children’s playground, ping-pong table, and other shared facilities are available to all guests and are used at your own risk.
Guests are expected to treat the equipment and surroundings responsibly and respectfully toward others.

By completing a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as the House Rules.





Privacy policy

General
The provider undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of website users. The provider will use the collected personal data exclusively to provide the services it offers. The provider respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of website users, and will therefore do everything necessary to protect them from any violations and abuses. Users' personal data is one of the areas to which the provider pays extreme care and attention, as  is aware of the sensitive nature of this area.

Use of personal data
For the purposes of providing the services it offers, the provider collects, manages, processes and stores a maximum of the following user data:
- name and surname;
- E-mail address;
- Phone Number;
- other data that the user voluntarily enters into forms on websites;
- other data that the user voluntarily adds subsequently in his profile (if the website enables this functionality).

The provider is not responsible for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the data entered by the users.

Purposes of personal data processing
The provider will process personal data for the following purposes:
- To communicate with the user regarding submitted requests for accommodation or in case of user questions. For this purpose, the provider will keep personal data for as long as it is necessary for communication with the customer.

User rights
The user can request at any time:

Statement on protecting the confidentiality of personal data and privacy of users
In accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, the provider is obliged to protect the personal data of users of its websites. Under no circumstances will the provider forward personal or other user data to a third party or will not allow a third party to view personal or other user data, except:
- contractual processors who provide support for the controller for the processing of personal data for individual purposes for which consent was given,
- if the state authorities ask him to do so,
- if such an obligation is stipulated in the law,
- or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities and for the protection and realization of the legal interests of the provider.

All personal and other data provided by the user will be protected in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. The provider can use the data in an anonymized summary form for statistical analysis purposes. Confidentiality of personal and other user data will not be violated in any form.

Implementation of the privacy policy
All persons employed full-time or part-time by the provider who have access to personal and other data of users are aware of the duty to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the website (online store). The duty to protect personal and other data applies indefinitely, even after the termination of the relationship with the provider.
